Las Vegas’ Circa Sports to Enter Kentucky Sports Betting Market with Cumberland Run

CORBIN, KY – Las Vegas-based Circa Sports will expand its operations to the Kentucky sports betting market via a licensing agreement with ECL Corbin, LLC at its Cumberland Run harness track. Marking its fifth state, the popular mobile betting app will be available through the Cumberland Run property as well as its sister satellite gaming and entertainment venue The Mint Gaming Hall Cumberland near Williamsburg.

“Circa Sports has experienced tremendous growth since our 2019 launch, and we’re thrilled to introduce our operations to the great Commonwealth of Kentucky,” said Derek Stevens, CEO of Circa Sports. “We are grateful to our partners at Cumberland Run for bringing this to life and look forward to sharing what the brand has in store for Kentucky.”

Marc Falcone, co-owner of the ECL Corbin, LLC properties, said, “We’re happy to partner with Circa Sports mobile betting. We already have a great relationship with Derek and his Las Vegas property, Circa, using their fabulous hotel and unique year-round pool amphitheater Stadium Swim as part of our trip-to-Vegas promotions.”

Circa Sports offers some of the best odds and futures in the country and is helmed by some of the industry’s top professionals. Headquartered in Las Vegas, the brand is available to bettors in four locations across Southern Nevada – including a flagship location in the world’s largest sportsbook at Circa Resort & Casino – and via mobile betting offerings in Colorado and Iowa. Soon, it also will offer mobile betting in Illinois, along with a sportsbook at American Place in Waukegan.

The ECL Corbin, LLC properties are owned by a partnership headed by Las Vegas entrepreneurs and casino veterans Ron Winchell and Falcone, with Keeneland racetrack in Lexington having a minority stake. Overall, there are four exciting The Mint Gaming Hall operations – Cumberland Run, The Mint Gaming Hall Cumberland, The Mint Gaming Hall at Kentucky Downs, and The Mint Gaming Hall Bowling Green.
